Interventions of Janpriya Sewa Samiti are bringing in hope to vast community members. Take the cases of Shilpa Agrahari and Ruby Saroj whose financial condition was not good. They took training in beauty culture and grooming and started earning ₹5,000 to ₹6,000 per month by providing beauty parlour services to the clients. Gradually, financial condition of the family improved.

Every year, almost 100 aspirational young boys, girls, men and women get training from JSS in trades like beauty culture, tailoring, candle making, etc. These candidates are from poor to very poor families with low level of education but wish to do something for them and their families.

Reema Nishad, Uma Devi, Sunita Patel, Shikha Srivastava, Geeta Pal, Jayatri Ram and Tasleem Sekh are local girls from poor families. They took training in tailoring and started sewing clothes of their neighbours and villagers. They are earning amounts ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹7,000 per month. Finances of their families now look up and they have found a hope.

A young man Dilshad Khan with the same financial background of the family took training in candle making from the organisation. He started making and selling candles, earning him an income of about ₹4,000 per month. Though the earning is small at present, the family feels relieved as some burden is take off its shoulders.

Recently, JSS has imparted training to two batches of 20 minority candidates each in repairing of electrical appliances and two-wheelers. The organisation intends to make the youth self-reliant by imparting necessary skills to them.
